Registration is processed online through a link (will be published below) and will direct you to a different site (NCSA). If you are attending the preconference sessions, it is important that you review the agenda below prior to registering so you can make an informed session choice. Session information for the entire conference is also available below. We encourage you to read through the information but please note these agendas are subject to change.

Once registration is complete, you will receive an email confirmation. Regarding payment, invoices will be mailed AFTER the conference. However, if you would like to pay immediately you can do so using your confirmation email, just be sure to follow the payment instructions provided.

2017 Conference Registration Fees:

Monday, June 5 Preconference Day Only: $80 (includes workshop and lunch), may have additional materials fees)
Tuesday, June 6 through Thursday, June 8: $300 (three lunches/materials, half day special activities may have additional materials fees)
Monday-Thursday Package: $350 (a $30 savings!)

(Late fee after May 15: $50.00)

Pre-service NCE teachers may be provided complimentary registrations (excluding materials fees and professional organization meals and activities).

Definition of pre-service NCE Teachers: Those individuals who have been accepted into the student teaching program of any institution offering an endorsement in NCE and who have not yet graduated from that institution. This includes individuals accepted into transitional or alternative preparation programs providing they are not currently teaching.

Onsite registration will be open Monday, June 5 at 8:00am through Thursday, June 8 at 10:00am in the prefunction area of the Younes Conference Center.

Participants who cancel prior to May 26 will be billed a $50 cancellation fee instead of conference registration fees. Particpants who cancel after May 26 are responsible for the full registration fee.
